Upon Receiving Your Shipment, We Advise You To:
- Inspect the Package: Check for any physical faults or damage caused during transportation.
- Verify Contents: Verify that everything you received corresponds to what you ordered.
Products That are Damaged:
To be eligible for a replacement, please report any damages within 24 hours of delivery. Please take note that our website contains the product description and sizing information, which you should check for accuracy before placing your order.
Replacements and Refunds:
- Items that are damaged: Items are only replaced if they arrive damaged or faulty. If you run into this problem, get in touch with us right away. We will replace it without charging you extra, but there will be a €29.99 freight charge.
- Absent Items: Notify our customer care within 24 hours of delivery if any items are missing from your order. We’ll look into the matter and find a quick solution to make sure you get your entire order.
- Restocking Charge: Refunds for missing or damaged items are subject to an 8.99% restocking fee, which covers the expenses of processing returns and restocking.
- Trades: Direct exchanges are not something we provide. We can replace damaged items at no additional cost to you, with the exception of the €29.99 Euro shipping charge.
- Items Not Refundable: There are no refunds for items that don’t fit as intended or don’t live up to your expectations. All items are covered by this policy, with the exception of those that are damaged or not received.
Overarching Policy:
All other products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, with the exception of problems involving damage or unreceived items. We advise you to thoroughly examine every product detail and make well-informed decisions.
